Appointments

  • Criteria for a Telehealth Consult with Julie:

    • First time with us;

    • Monthly consult for weight loss medications;

    • A treatment not discussed in a previous consult;

    • You have not received a consult this calendar year.

  • Please schedule your consultation and fill out consent forms at least 5 days before your treatment. The treatment cannot be done until you have clearance. This is required by the state of Arkansas.

  • Once you have completed your consult, you are ready for an appointment with Audrey.

  • To make an appointment, click the Come See Us tab on the top right of the page. From here, you will schedule appointments and have the opportunity to communicate with us through Jane’s Patient Portal.

  • If you do not see an appointment time that fits your schedule, please send a message and we will see if we can schedule an appointment for another time.

  • As of 8/15/25 all services are mobile (any clean home or work area).

Why mobile?

  • Convenience and accessibility

    • Patients have the option to receive injections in the comfort of their own homes, removing the need for travel. This is especially advantageous for individuals with limited mobility, those residing in rural areas, or people managing busy schedules.

    • Getting injections in a familiar and comfortable environment can ease patient anxiety and support a more positive overall treatment experience.

  • Safety and hygiene

    • Mobile nurses use careful infection control practices and sterile techniques to keep patients safe and lower the chance of infection.

Requirements for Mobile Services

  • Approximately 10 feet of a clean, sanitary work space with adequate lighting

  • No children or animals allowed in the room if treating with dermal filler

  • If you are not able to provide both options, please message us and we will provide a location.

Interested in a party?

  • Must know at least 3 weeks in advance in order for ensure everyone completes their consult, consents, and the correct medications are provided.

  • 8-15 guests, who must pay their $50 deposit at the time of booking (will go towards service)

  • Consult: $25

  • Daxxify: Host- $5/unit, Guests- $6/unit

  • Versa (lips and chin only): Host- $350/syringe, Guests- $400/syringe
